Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the AIF management services provided to you by Kryger Capital Limited (“KC”), you may write to The Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance Department, 8th Floor, 35 Dover Street, London W1S 4NQ, UK or [email protected].
We take every complaint seriously and your complaint will be handled in accordance with the relevant rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”), which may differ depending upon your status. KC has an internal complaints policy, as required by the FCA rules. You can obtain a copy of this by request to [email protected]
In the event that KC fails to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, or if we fail to do so within eight weeks of receiving your complaint, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
